Wild Birds Unlimited recently won First Place for Overall Performance, recognized by the Franchise Update Media STAR awards. WBU achieved this top performance award based on best practices in 4 key categories: Best online sales follow-up, Best telephone mystery shopping, Social media best practices, and Website best practices. The annual awards are judged by mystery shoppers, who contacted more than 100 brands by telephone and through each company’s website, then evaluated each franchise according to a list of standard criteria for each category.
Wild Birds Unlimited excelled in each of these key categories, which resulted in the overall performance win: 1st place in the Telephone mystery shop, 2nd place in the Franchise development website, and 2nd place in the Online sales follow-up.
