TLS APO 23 mm Digiscoping Adapter from Swarovski Optik

Cranston, Rhode Island – SWAROVSKI OPTIK NORTH AMERICA, a subsidiary of the Austrian based company, presents the new TLS APO 23 mm Apochromat Telephoto Lens System Adapter. This adapter will be available from specialist retailers in April 2016.

The new TLS APO 23 mm adapter is a perfect fit for system and Micro 4/3 cameras and interchangeable lens cameras that use smaller sensors. It joins SWAROVSKI OPTIK'S already established TLS APO 30 mm adapter, which is designed specifically for cameras with APS-C/DX sensors, it is a further addition to SWAROVSKI OPTIK's portfolio of digiscoping adapters. Both adapters have the same design and are attached the same way, with the current T2 adapter rings fitting both TLS APO models. The new TLS APO 23 mm works well on the X-Series spotting scopes as well as the earlier ATS/STS/ATM/STM SWAROVSKI OPTIK spotting Scopes.

The new TLS APO's light weight design makes it easy for the user to rapidly switch between observing and shooting photos. The larger aperture allows shorter exposure times to be achieved and therefore maximize image sharpness. Another benefit of the smaller focal length is that the image section is larger, which also means a wider range of photographic options.

Clay Taylor, Naturalist Sales Manager for SWAROVSKI OPTIK NORTH AMERICA says, "The TLS APO 23 mm was a great option to use with my Micro 4/3 camera in the rain forest. I was able to use faster shutter speeds with the TLS APO 23 mm making the details and image quality outstanding."
