Ruby-throated Hummingbird female

Join Michael and Kathi Rock for their upcoming 2018 Hummingbird Garden Tours at their home in Madison, Wisconsin, on Wednesday September 12 from 3:00 to 7:00pm and Sunday September 16 from 1:00 to 5:30pm. The Rocks position 20 hummingbird feeders around their property and grow more than 100 varieties of plants, mostly to attract Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, including many native plants. Mickey O'Connor will be banding hummingbirds both days, and Larry and Emily Scheunemann will present a class about a year in the life of a hummingbird at 4:00pm both days.

Michael and Kathi have been attracting hummingbirds for 19 years and through this event share their interests with other birders and the public. Both tours are free, and this event is co-sponsored by Wild Birds Unlimited Madison.
